Yerba mate is a a beverage made from the leaves and stems of a powerful rainforest tree, native to the subtropical rainforests of Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina.
Yerba Mate which is also known as Paraguay tea is a strong central nervous system stimulant that is often sold as a dietary supplement. However, it has not been proven to cause weight loss.
